The registration fee includes admission to all sessions, welcome party, and an abstract book.
Cancellations and no-shows will not be honored after February 20 and no refunds will be processed after this date.
The following participation fee reductions will be available. Please use the appropriate registration forms.
- Participants under 40: 25% discount on participation fee
- Presenters under 40 years old: 50% discount on participation fee
- Presenters aged 40 or older (including chairpersons): 25% discount on participation fee
